All levels welcome! Guided meditation is a fantastic way to clear the mind and learn to focus. For those interested in developing their spiritual awareness and link to spirit this workshop can offer both a break from the norm and a chance to top up your spiritual batteries

Guided meditation takes you on a wonderful journey, people are often amazed at how free and calm they feel after this group.
