'Feel balanced and in harmony'

This workshop will give you the opportunity to clear your mind and enjoy wonderful meditations. Learn to give and receive healing and feel peaceful and calm in the wonderful ambience of the Seekers Trust.

We will be working closely with Spirit in this workshop to help you connect & receive guidance from your guides, to know how to progress in your life and development

Guided meditation is a wonderful way to bring balance to your life.

'Linking to the Spirit World'

Join Tracy Lee & Clare Teale on this wonderful workshop where you'll learn how to connect to the Spirit world in a enjoyable and fun way.

We often hear from people who sense Spirit around them, they are aware of a loving presence and want to investigate it further.

We will show you how to use your natural link to Spirit (something we all have!) and recognise when your Spirit Guides are near. A lovely and life enhancing experience
